Welcome to the Manifold Online Store

• Orders placed by 10 AM Pacific Time on a business day will be processed that same day by 5 PM. Orders placed after 10 AM or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.
• A hard copy invoice will be sent by first class mail directly to the credit card holder.
• The serial number required for installation will be emailed to you when your order is processed.
• Download installation files from the Product Downloads page. If desired, order the optional Manifold 8.00 DVD (Media Only) product to receive a Manifold DVD.

Limited Refunds

Manifold products are generally not refundable, although some products may qualify for a limited, 30 day refund. See the Returns and Refunds page for additional information. By ordering from the Online Store you agree to the Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Tech Support by Email

Manifold provides technical support by email, charging a small fee for each incident of technical support. See the Support page for details, including information on using the two free support incidents provided to Manifold System licensees.
