Manifold Online Store 

The manifold.net Online Store requires an email address you wish to be used for any orders.  Serial numbers required for Manifold installation will be emailed to that address. 

Please make sure your email address does not use anti-spam technology that will prevent you from receiving email sent to you by our key servers.

The online store makes mild use of cookies to assist accurate navigation within the store and to assure orders are correctly formed before checkout.  IE users should have cookie levels set at least to medium (the IE default) or less.  Turning off cookies entirely will cause navigation problems within the store.  No user privacy is compromised by the store's use of cookies.

Manifold System Ships on DVD 

Orders placed via the Online Store will be processed and will ship the next business day.  Manifold System ships on DVD and is not downloadable - Choose Federal Express shipping if you are in a hurry.

Limited Refunds 

Manifold products are generally not refundable.  For general terms and conditions, including the limited 30 day refund available for some editions of Manifold System, see the Manifold Purchasing, Shipping and Refund Terms and Conditions page. For shipping terms and conditions see the Shipping page.  By ordering from the Online Store you agree to the terms and conditions published on this web site.

Tech Support by Email 

Manifold products are generally sold without technical support.  As a special promotion, Manifold System editions are currently delivered with two free Standard technical support incidents for support by email.  Read the Support page for information on using these incidents and to avoid wasting tech support incidents.
